What was done

We designed an advanced content ecosystem to transform the site into a reference platform for ampelography. This began with the structured crawling of specialized resources like PlantGrape, allowing for the creation of a technical and reliable knowledge base on grape varieties. On this foundation, we deployed a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot capable of answering complex user questions while precisely citing its sources to guarantee credibility.

Technically, we went beyond standard SEO optimizations by integrating a dynamic sitemap and intelligent display management for an interactive digital book. The interactive dimension is driven by an oenological quiz allowing for automatic customer segmentation into the Baqio CRM, qualifying prospects according to their tastes. Finally, the graphic and technical infrastructure was industrialized with standardized OpenGraph images and rigorous email deliverability protocol configuration to secure every touchpoint.

Client benefit

Château Cazebonne no longer just owns an e-commerce site, but a true lead nurturing tool and a powerful educational media outlet. This strategy captures the attention of enthusiasts from the information search phase to guide them naturally toward a purchase. Thanks to synchronization with Baqio, each interaction becomes actionable data to personalize marketing campaigns, ensuring fluid conversion and increased loyalty based on the estate's viticultural expertise.
