Commissions calculated on actual receipts, without quarterly reprocessing
What was done
Sales commissions are backed by invoices actually paid during the period. The tool reconstructs the amount (excl. tax) when not provided, applies the commission rate, manages adjustments (invoices paid before the period but never commissioned), and exclusion rules decided by management.
Each sales rep consults the details of the invoices that make up their commission, invoice by invoice: no more disputes based on an opaque file.
Client benefit
Quarterly calculations go from several days of reprocessing to a simple screen consultation. And the virtuous effect is immediate: since the commission is linked to payment and not to the order, following up becomes in the sales rep's direct interest.
