The winery wants to regularly publish videos (harvest, forgotten grape varieties, cooking & pairings, behind-the-scenes) but lacks the time to find high-performing ideas and write scripts that are ready for filming. To manage the project, they also need to track the production of these videos: which ones have been filmed, edited, published... in short, knowing exactly where they stand to avoid wasting any more time.

We customized an internal AI-accelerated video studio for Château Cazebonne: an ideation module that proposes unique angles based on the theme, audience, objective, and tone — without ever repeating ideas already in progress — and a script generator ready for filming based on a short brief (title, audience, objective, key points, tone, CTA). Each validated idea automatically becomes a structured script, organized in a "to shoot / to edit / done / published" pipeline with prioritization, inline editing, and local persistence. The team goes from intuition to a script ready to film in just a few minutes.
